1.
How do you send me the item I requested?
Logos are sent using a special SMS
message sent by the website, directly to
your handset. 2. What is
SMS and how do I get it?
SMS is short messaging system.
You need to contact your service provider to see that
it is enabled to your handset, and also, that your handset
is capable of receiving SMS messages. Most mobile phones
now have it.
3. What is GPRS and how do I get
it?
GPRS stands for "General Packet
Radio Services" and is basically like the internet
for your mobile phone. True Tones and allpapers are
too large to send as whole files so we send a link to
your phone. GPRS is used to download your true tone/wallpaper
from this website.
Most phone models released in or after 2003 allow for
GPRS connectivity: simply speak to your mobile service
provider if you want to activate GPRS on your phone.
4. How do I download my Logos/wallpapers/tones?
Just SMS the code into the phone
number provided and you will receive a message back
confirming your purchase and letting you know where
to get the content from.
For $2 ITEMS the content will be in the message. For
$4 ITEMS you need to 'Retrieve' it from the URL in the
text message. Follow the instructions to save.
5. How do I know when I have received
my content?
When you receive a message on your
phone instructing you to save your content or go to
the URL link and retrieve it. You must have GPRS (note:
normal carrier GPRS costs apply. This is normally a
few cents but you should always check with a grownup)
6. How do I save my content on
my mobile phone?
1. You will
receive a SMS message with your content
2. Open it
3. Click on the Show option. Some handsets
may have a different name for this option.
4. Click on the Save option or if you
do not like it click on the Exit option.
Note: The saving procedure is different
from one handset to another.
7. How many Operator Logos can
I save on my mobile phone?
Your phone can only save one Operator
logo and that is the one that is displayed. You can
change logos as often as you like but only by discarding
the old logo.
8. How many wallpapers/tones can
I have on my phone?
As many as your phone memory will
allow.
9. Is my network compatible?
We can send items to Optus, Telstra,
Vodafone, and Virgin Mobile Networks.
However you should always check that your Nokia phone
is compatible first even if you are on one of these
networks.
It is important to check the compatibility before you
download because some Nokia phones can only receive
Operator Logo, some can only receive ringtones, and
others can only receive picture messages. Certain older
phones cannot receive any of these items! If you have
any specific questions about your handset, you should
contact your phone supplier of Nokia directly.

content?
